The article is devoted to the cultural and humanitarian aspects of production information management at innovatively active enterprises. According to the author, the main condition of innovative activity is support for the processes of effective transformation of scattered personal knowledge of production process participants into corporate implemented technology. The factors determining the form of production knowledge in the processes of its transformation into technology are identified and reflected in a three-factor diagram. Qualification, motivation and market mechanisms for managing these processes are highlighted.

Digitalization has been transforming all the aspects of economic activity, including how businesses interact. Existing business models are being altered and new ones are being created due to digital technologies. In order to form a holistic picture of digital business development in Belarus, individual examples of domestic companies were reviewed in the context of the author's digital business models’ typology based on the value proposition formed owing to digital technologies. Digital maturity of Belarusian businesses was studied, as well as the challenges and threats of the digital economy. As a result, a SWOT matrix was developed, illustrating both the strengths and bottlenecks of digital business development in the Republic of Belarus, along with threats and opportunities for building digital potential.

The article studies the processes of changing competencies and content of labor activity, which are caused by digital transformations in the economy. It is shown that the main social barrier to the development of the domestic labor market, which reduces the effectiveness of economy digitalization, is the imbalance of the new competencies system formation and transformation of labor relations, which ensures the productivity of digital innovations.

The article reflects the results of the analysis of the transit potential of Belarus. It was noted that with the introduction of the sanctions regime the development of transit potential in the republic is currently carried out mainly in the directions of development of railway and automotive transport systems. The state and trends of development of the international transport and logistics market and cargo transportation are examined. Special attention is paid to the role of legal regulation of border crossing conditions and simplification of customs administration procedures in the Republic of Belarus. It has been determined that the Belarusian Mainline has the necessary reserves of throughput and carrying capacity in the organization of transit traffic. The possibilities and problems of the transit cargo transportation process in the state of export-import restrictions imposed against Belarusian economic entities are revealed. The attention is drawn to the active reorientation of cargo transportation by the Republic of Belarus and the establishment of new routes, the need for comprehensive and continuous improvement of the transit attractiveness of the country, taking into account the influence of both internal and external factors.

The article provides a detailed analysis of statistical data characterizing the transport system of the Republic of Belarus. Key indicators of the transport industry are considered, including freight traffic volumes, passenger turnover, cargo turnover, as well as the length of highways. Particular attention is paid to the dynamics of changes in the transport infrastructure in recent years, including the modernization of the road network, the development of public transport and the increase in the share of electric vehicles. A comparative analysis of regional features of transport development is carried out, which allows identifying imbalances and potential growth points. The article also assesses the impact of macroeconomic factors on the transport industry, including the level of investment in infrastructure, government development programs and changes in international logistics flows. Practical recommendations are offered aimed at optimizing the transport system, improving the quality of transportation and increasing the efficiency of transport logistics. A conclusion is made about the need for digitalization of the transport sector, the introduction of innovative technologies and sustainable development of transport infrastructure.

The article says about the trophic relationships of bumblebees (Bombus, Apidae) with flowering plants in the Minsk province of Belarus. It has been established that the widest number of foraging plants was found for B. lucorum (31 species), B. terrestis (22 species) and B. pascuorum (19 species).
