Abstract

The state system for talented youth support and the initiatives of the State Committee for Science and Technology are discussed.

11-15 14
Abstract

The article considers the role of the Belarusian Republican Foundation for Fundamental Research in the state youth science policy and grant support for the young scientists research.

16-24 16
Abstract

A new generation of researchers shares their views, experience, and reflections on the effective support system for young scientists, programs and grants, prospects and horizons.

Abstract

Based on the sociological research results, there are given indicators of the professional status and work scientific activity of applicants for academic degrees in Belarus: their professional self-identification, motivation in choosing a profession, conditions for scientific activity and successful defense of a dissertation, as well as the personal qualities, gender differences and career orientation that contribute to this.

31-33 16
Abstract

The article presents a unique model for training young scientists, implemented at the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (NAS Belarus) University, based on the development of individual research trajectories and the inclusion of students in actual activity at the Academy's institutes

34-43 15
Abstract

Interviews with young scientists who have dedicated their lives to science discuss how the research environment fosters their self-realization and the development of their best qualities, such as creativity, ability to think outside the box, courage, and hard work.

DIGITAL PERSPECTIVE

44-51 21
Abstract

Based on the study and systematization of existing approaches to assessing the effectiveness of using information systems in enterprise management, an algorithm for analyzing the effectiveness of implementing digital solutions is proposed, which allows taking into account the scale of technology development and quantifying the benefits of their use.

Abstract

The аrticle provides an analysis of labor productivity in the Eurasian economic union member countries with the factors influencing it. The authors propose measures for improving the labor productivity at both the EAEU and national levels . The impact of investment in fixed capital, skills, and labor force motivation is examined.

Abstract

This article examines the problematic aspects of forming a positive brand ethos, analyzes the current conditions under which the introduction of socially responsible marketing into the enterprise management strategy becomes effective. The existing prerequisites for implementing the concept of socially responsible marketing in the production and economic activities of enterprises in the Belarusian economy and society are analyzed. The mechanism for forming value orientations of consumers when branding products is presented, taking into account the semiotic approach with the aim of further commitment of future generations to the national and historical traditions, interests and values of the Belarusian people.

БИОТЕХНОЛОГИИ РАСТЕНИЙ

61-67 13
Abstract

The article presents the results of a comparative study of the effect of biological growth regulators Rostmoment and Blueberry Peat Oxidate with microelements (each at a concentration of 0.4%), as well as a new bacterial preparation with fungicidal action Ecoberit at concentrations of 1, 2 and 5% on the biochemical composition of highbush blueberry fruits in an experimental culture. It was established that they are predominantly enriched with free organic and hydroxycinnamic acids, bioflavonoids and tannins against the background of depletion of pectins and soluble sugars with a decrease in the content of dry matter and the sugar-acid index, as well as ambiguous changes in the content of ascorbic acid. It was shown that the tested biopreparations had a significant positive effect on the integral level of nutritional and vitamin value of blueberry fruits in a set of 14 biochemical characteristics with the highest efficiency exceeding the control level by 4,2 and 9,2 times for the application of Ecoberit in a 2% concentration and twice as much for Peat Oxidate, while the use of the bacterial preparation in maximum and especially minimum concentrations was less successful, and the application of Rostmoment should be recognized as absolutely ineffective, causing a deterioration in the quality of berry products by 1.3 times compared to the control.

DISSERTATION RESEARCH

68-71 15
Abstract

The article examines the main approaches to clustering of similar data characterizing the economic activity of these entities using fifty similar counterparties as an example. A comparison is made between the basic clustering algorithms using the Euclidean distance and the typical agglomerative algorithm based on the Mahalanobis distance, which considers the covariance estimates of elements from the set under consideration. The article examines the consistent application of different types of algorithms to economic entities. In addition, it examines the change in dependence when applying various analytical procedures. Based on the analysis, conclusions are made about the advantages and disadvantages of the above algorithms, and it is noted that it is advisable to consistently apply algorithms of various types to identify hidden causes that affect the activities of legal entities and that are not obvious when conducting a standard financial analysis of the activities of business entities.

Abstract

In the territory of three agroclimatic zones of Belarus, 27 species of bumblebees (Bombus Latr. s.l.) have been registered as pollinators to clover flowers and inflorescences, including 19 species of bumblebees (Bombus Latr. s.str.) and 8 species of cuckoo bumblebees (Bombus (Psithyrus Lep.). Based on the results of our own observations, the biotopic confinement is given for each species, and an ecological analysis of the bumblebee population of Belarus is given. The article summarizes data on cuckoo bumblebees – natural parasites of bumblebees. In the Northern zone were noted 21 species, in the Central zone – 25 species, in the Southern zone – 15 species.

Abstract

For the first time, the mitochondrial genome of the curly birch has been sequenced. The length of the full-length mtDNA molecule was 581.3 thousand base pairs. A total of 65 structural genes were annotated, including 36 protein-coding genes, 26 tRNA genes, and 3 rRNA genes. Genetic features of the structural and functional organization of the mitochondrion were identified in comparison to the chloroplast genome of the curly birch and mitochondrial genomes of other taxonomic groups. A total of 469 microsatellite loci were identified for the development of a panel of highly informative genetic markers.
