The article considers the features of the Belarusian development model, its social and economic advances. The authors show the ways for ensuring the technological sovereignty of Belarus, its food security, and the formation of an economy independent of the outer contour.

The article is devoted to topical issues of increasing the efficiency of forensic wood research through the use of innovative technologies. It evaluates the possibilities of using spectroscopy in the near-infrared region to establish (confirm) the species of wood, and examines the main chemometric algorithms for creating classification models in the case of multi-object and binary classification. It is shown that an important condition for the correct interpretation of spectral data is the presence of a constantly updated database of standard (reference) NIR spectra.
