Worked in the mass media since 1995. Co-founder of the newspaper "Perehodny vozrast", started as a marketing director, head of the marketing department, deputy editor-in-chief. In 2000–2003 acted as the founder and editor of the journal "Processing and packaging technologies", being at the same time the head of this journal’s  editorial board. In 2003–2005 was the director of the unitary enterprise "New Ideas" and, concurrently, the founder and editor-in-chief of the journal "Intellectual Capital". Since October 2005, she has been working in the RUE  "Publishing House "Belorusskaya Nauka" as the editor-in-chief of the journal "Science and Innovations" editorial office.

In 2019, she was awarded the Francysk Skarina medal.
