ЦИФРОВОЕ СЕЛЬСКОЕ ХОЗЯЙСТВО
The authors considered world and domestic trends in the development of digital agriculture, suggested the approaches to its definition and classification, and substantiated promising directions in solving urgent problems of the Belarus’ agricultural sector digitalization.
The author analyzed the directions of state support aimed at the transition of the agro-industrial entities to digital and high technologies.
The article considers the research results on the information technologies development and the substantiation of methodological provisions for estimating the efficiency of digital platforms; determines the site “Electronic commerce: logistics of the agro-industrial complex” framework, indicating its tasks, goals, functions and mechanism of functioning. The advantages and disadvantages of this platform for different groups, including indirect market participants, have been assessed.
There has been presented a conceptual scheme for digital agriculture personnel training, including indicators for assessing the readiness of agricultural entities to use ICT, methodological approaches to improving knowledge and skills in the use of modern technologies
There has been analyzed the experience in creating a detailed map of the river Sozh floodplain meadow vegetation with the help of aerial photography of the area from an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) quadrocopter DJI Phantom 3 SE, and ground geobotanical research.
INNOVATION ECONOMY
The legal basis for cooperation between the regions of the Republic of Belarus and the provinces of the People’s Republic of China in the industrial sphere is disclosed. Major projects implemented in the regions and the city of Minsk with the participation of Chinese investors are presented. The branches of industry that have a high potential for the creation of Chinese-Belarusian industries, in the context of regions, have been identified. Prospective forms of interaction between enterprises of both countries are proposed, including industrial cooperation, joint research and development in the field of high technologies, the creation of scientific and technical cooperation centers, and the implementation of joint cluster initiatives.
The successful experience of China in borrowing foreign innovations and international scientific and technical cooperation is analyzed. There is a stereotype that China has made an innovation breakthrough by directly borrowing foreign technology and innovation. However, the process of their development was more complex and mutually beneficial, and ultimately gave rise to the conditions for the creation of their own technologies and innovations, this is confirmed by China’s world leader today in patent registration and the publication of scientific articles. The article identifies the factors of such success associated with properly organized scientific and technical cooperation.
This article discusses the strategies for promoting Chinese cars (adaptation, positioning, pricing policy, brand promotion, sales strategy). Important attention is paid to modern approaches in the marketing activities of automotive companies, internet marketing tools, emphasizes the need to use content marketing and marketing analytics
