Approaches to the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of occupational bronchial asthma are described.
The article describes provocative allergy testing methods that can help detect metal sensitization in patients with symptoms of metal intolerance.
The authors justify the use of patch and prick tests with vaccine adjuvants which are essential and accessible diagnostic methods that increase public adherence to vaccination.
The article presents a modern concept of the "allergy-free home," where the surrounding space is defined as an environment with risk factors wisely managed.
INNOVATION ECONOMY
The concept of industrial innovation ecosystems (IIEs) is examined as the most complex and promising form of organizing innovation and production activities under the conditions of Industry 5.0 and 6.0. The comparative analysis of innovation clusters, networks, and ecosystems is conducted in the context of industrial development, based on which the conclusions are drawn regarding their interrelationships and development. The research is grounded in the quintuple helix innovation model integrated with artificial intelligence, as well as the principles and features of industrial symbiosis, which makes it possible to characterize the contemporary conditions and factors for the formation of IIEs. Based on the results of the selected best foreign practices analysis (Denmark, China, Japan, and Finland), some key approaches to building IIEs and the prospects for their application in the Republic of Belarus are identified. It is noted that the ecosystem approach to implementing industrial policy is capable of ensuring greater flexibility, resilience, and competitiveness of organizations.
DIGITAL PERSPECTIVE
The article examines the nature and definition of virtual worlds, and highlights the main trends in their development globally
ЭКОНОМИКА КАЧЕСТВА
The article presents a three-tiered research audit model based on five key KPIs, enabling the optimization of budget allocations to competitive teams and priority areas.
The article considers the barriers to collaboration between science and business in conducting exploratory research on technological inquiries. To overcome these barriers, a management approach based on augmented technology readiness levels with a numerical indicator of the probability of implementation has been proposed.
CHERNOBYL: 40 YEARS OF REFLECTION
The article considers sustainable development of nuclear energy conditions in Belarus and in the world in the 21st century. It addresses such issues as legislation on the use of nuclear energy, the latest technical solutions and evolution of nuclear reactors, priorities in the development of fourth-generation reactors, and other aspects of international cooperation for safety.

The author studies the business activity history of the famous Puslovsky business and patrons of the arts dynasty on the lands of Belarus, as well as the life paths of its representatives, the fates of the enterprises they created, their role in the history of the region's industry, and contribution to the development of technology, economy and culture
DISSERTATION RESEARCH
Using genetically modified natural killer (NK) cells expressing a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) as an example, recent advances in the field of cancer immunotherapy are reviewed. Taking into account the biological characteristics of NK cells, the main advantages and features of CAR-NK technology, an actively developing area of medical genetic engineering, are identified. Unlike CAR-T, CAR-NK cells demonstrate a reduced risk of adverse reactions, which enables the creation of «universal» allogeneic constructs. The innate ability of NK cells to recognize tumor cells independently of the MHC complex is enhanced through additional genetic modifications, including the insertion of genes encoding pro-inflammatory cytokines. Overcoming the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment of solid malignancies remains a promising direction, as does increasing the resistance of NK cells to apoptosis. Current clinical trials confirm the safety and efficacy of CAR-NK cells in malignant neoplasms, which stimulates further developments in this field.
