The article reviews the foreign research on the economic aspects of quality evolution from the beginning of the last century to the latest version of the ISO 10014 standard adopted in 2021
The article considers the national quality infrastructure formation, the promotion of modern management technologies and their opportunities, as well as the successes of Belarusian enterprises in this area.
ТРЕНДЫ РАЗВИТИЯ
The author examines the history and succession in the domestic automobile industry, analyses the main problems of the industry, methods for solving them, scientific and technical discoveries and further economic prospects.
ВНЕШНЕЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИЕ ВЕКТОРЫ
The article substantiates the feasibility of forming a sector of production and export of halal products in Belarus. The existing production and export potential is considered and the problems of formation of the halal industry in the country are defined. Potential importers of Belarusian halal products are identified. A conclusion is made on the feasibility of developing a concept of state support for the development of an export-oriented sector of the halal industry in Belarus, including proposals to strengthen the institutional environment and create a center for halal products; the formation of special infrastructure facilities and a financing mechanism, as well as a coordinated policy in this area within the EAEU.
The article analyses the foreign trade development prospects of the Republic of Belarus with Belize and the Republic of Guatemala.
БЕЛОРУССКАЯ ИСТОРИОГРАФИЯ
The first historical form of Belarusian statehood was studied based on the most ancient chronicles. It was proven that in the 9th century Polotsk was the political center of the Eastern Slavs.
DISSERTATION RESEARCH
The change in the mechanical properties of the red blood cell membrane was analyzed in patients with ongoing or past COVID-19 infection compared to the control during the observation period from 2021 to 2023. Significant differences in the friction force (p<0.001) and roughness (p<0.0032) of the red blood cell membrane were found in patients with acute/past coronavirus infection compared to the control. It was noted that the maximum changes in the properties of the red blood cell membrane are observed during the period of the highest incidence of COVID-19. The friction force (Fl) and roughness (Rq) of the red blood cell membrane can be used to assess the severity of past coronavirus infection, and in the future, other diseases.
Every year there is a rapid increase in cancer, which is one of the main causes of death. Methods used to treat cancer often do not produce the desired results and can cause various side effects. Therefore, to effectively combat cancer, it is necessary to find new solutions. The use of nanotechnology opens up new opportunities in the diagnosis and treatment of human malignant tumors. Nanoparticles used in antitumor therapy can act as carriers of drugs and nucleic acids, and also reduce the toxicity of anticancer drugs. This review is devoted to the analysis of the interaction of various nanomaterials with small anticancer RNAs. Data are presented on the use of some non-toxic and effective multifunctional nanoconjugates in gene therapy for the treatment and diagnosis of cancer.
