There has been presented an overview of digital technologies for a smart farm, promising significant effects and gains by their use.
The article describes the "from farm to counter" technology of electronic traceability and safety of food, developed on the basis of information systems, resources and services of GIS AITS, ePASS and VET.EPASS, using international standards for identification and electronic data interchange.
The authors consider a new generation farm as a biotechnical complex with a flexible self-adaptive system of machines, the parameters and modes of which are linked with the productivity of animals and the full automation of production processes.
The author shows the necessity of developing an innovative intelligent robotic method of milking cows, which would allow to obtain high-quality milk at low cost with sufficient productive longevity of animals.
The authors present the domestic software and hardware complex of the identification and control of the animals’ physiological condition system used for automatic collection of information, analysis of the data and giving recommendations, which allows real-time control of the necessary processes on the farm.
ИННОВАЦИОННЫЕ МЕТОДИКИ
The article is devoted to the development of the utility-based resource allocation approach to the analysis and management of socio-economic systems by extending it to the research, scientific, technical, and innovation spheres. One of the reasons for the inconsistency of scientific and technological progress is demonstrated to be the cost method for evaluating its effectiveness, which identifies costs with results and ignores the usefulness of scientific and technological progress achievements. Appropriate utility criteria and indicators for assessing and managing this area are proposed in terms of implementation of the technology recovery strategy for Belarus and its allied Russia. Based on the analysis of the dynamics of scientific, technical and technological development of a number of Western European countries, a significant positive impact on the scientific and technological progress resulted from using proposed utility assessing criteria oriented towards a more efficient use of limited resources has been proved. With this in mind, recommendations are given on the development and implementation of a technological recovery strategy as a tool not only to strengthen the technological security of the state, but also to overcome the global contradictions generated by scientific and technological progress.
Industrial transformations in the production and business sectors provide a significant increase in the added value created by society through the use of innovative technologies and the release of innovative products. Additional added value is provided by the use of a combination in production processes: design and technological know-how, progressive means and objects of labor, highly qualified personnel, the attractiveness of a product or service for the customer. Allocative (distributive) cost of design and technological know-how implies the formation of a mechanism for optimizing the use of limited resources of society in "Industry 4.0". The optimization mechanism includes economic tools and levers. The economic tool forms a differentiated distribution of the additional added value of an innovative product between the design organization, the manufacturer and consumers of products and services, depending on the technical level of new products. The lever ensures the Pareto efficiency of these subjects and a high probability of implementing innovative developments. Economic levers are the dependence of the amount of encouragement of the subjects of innovation activity on two factors: the scale of production of the created innovative products and its priority for Belarus.
