The genesis of service sector digital transformation in the global economy

Abstract
The author considered different approaches to digital economy and digital transformation, and proposed her own definition of the service sector digital transformation. There are identified new approaches to their quantitative and qualitative assessment, effects for the state, business, and consumers.
