Technology transfer and «green» industrial and logistics partnerships within the Belt and Road Initiative

Abstract

The article examines the development of green industrial and logistics partnerships within the Belt and Road Initiative, using the China-Belarus Industrial Park «Great Stone» as a case study. Special emphasis is placed on the park’s eco-logical concept, which includes strict environmental restrictions and the integration of circular economy principles. The paper analyzes the role of the China-Belarus Industrial Technology Innovation Center as a platform for knowledge transfer, in-novation incubation, and the deepening of bilateral scientific and technological cooperation. Based on a SWOT analysis, the study identifies institutional guarantees, ecological orientation, and technological collaboration as the key factors of the park’s sustainable development. The article highlights the importance of adapting Chinese approaches to Belarusian conditions to enhance the effectiveness of technology transfer and the development of green production and logistics chains.
