The article deals with the problem of the Belarusian people’s feat during the Great Patriotic War historical memory preservation and the contribution of small towns to the defeat of the Hitler coalition.

The author considered the history of the Belarusian Philosophical Society against the backdrop of an excursus into the era of the humanitarian public movements origin and development on the territory of modern Belarus, which emphasized the continuity of philosophical ideas and the inextricable link between generations of researchers.
There is shown the role of culture and art in forming a positive image of the country, preserving and popularizing its cultural traditions and spiritual values.
The author considered the scientific, practical and social significance of the academic linguists’ works. He showed their role in increasing the prestige of the Belarusian language in the society and consolidating its status as a highly developed literary language which has stable norms and rich vocabulary.
The authors considered the pragmatic and humanistic character of the Belarusian economic model, and outlined its prospects. They showed that the increasing role of economic science determines the carefully considered and justified management decisions making.
The article argues for the need to study intellectualization as a social process. The strategies for the Belarusian people programming their future are analyzed.

various scientific schools and the prospects for the economic aspects of quality research are analyzed.
КИТАЙ – МОДЕЛЬ УСПЕХА
The article presents the key aspects of the special legal regime of the China-Belarus Industrial Park «Great Stone». The dynamics of its main indicators are analyzed. A trend towards an increase in the number of current residents and the number of employees hired for additional jobs is revealed. At the same time, a conclusion is made about a decrease in FDI on a net basis and the volume of investment in fixed assets compared to national indicators. The distribution of residents of the industrial park by areas of activity, including R&D, is carried out. The features of the implementation of projects of entities of the innovation infrastructure are reflected. The potential of the China-Belarus Innovation Center for the Commercialization of Scientific and Technological Achievements is revealed. Scientific and technical projects of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus jointly with Chinese partners are presented. Proposals are made to increase the contribution of the industrial park to the scientific and scientific-technological sphere.

DISSERTATION RESEARCH
Targeted delivery of drugs based on dendrimers has a number of advantages for the treatment of cancer. The drug is delivered to specific tissues and organs, thereby minimizing the undesirable effect on healthy cells. Nanoparticles not only reduce the toxicity of anticancer drugs, but also increase their bioavailability and stability in the body. Dendrimers are considered the most promising as drug delivery vehicles due to their non-immunogenicity and controlled synthesis. They have shown their effectiveness in many areas of biology and medicine, namely chemotherapy, vaccine development, and delivery of genetic material. This article provides an overview of multifunctional dendrimer nanosystems that can be used for drug delivery in the treatment and diagnosis of cancer.
