The author analyzed the state of Belarus’ subsurface resources, showed the need to raise the level of return on funds invested in geological exploration and to increase its marginality level.
The author presented the history of the Belarusian Geological Fund, which is engaged in the accounting, systematization and accumulation of information about the subsurface resources of the country.
There has been presented an overview of the most valuable types of minerals – the hydromineral resources, including fresh underground waters, mineral medicinal waters and industrial brines, potentially promising for the extraction of bromine, iodine and rare alkali metals.
The complex study and development process of the most important natural resource of the republic - the potassium salts, has been analyzed, and the stages of salt geology formation were described.
The article provides a detailed description of existing old deposits, describes modern research methods, optimization of development systems, implementation of advanced world technologies in the field of drilling new wells, conducting geological and technical activities and their effectiveness.
The article analyzes unexplained geological phenomena that appeared on the territory of the Republic of Belarus in the late 20th - early 21st centuries: Logoisk astrobleme, Zhlobin diamond field, mercury in the subsoil, natural gas in wells and the so-called "warm wells".
In the context of the modern understanding of the state budget, it is believed that the socio-cultural sphere does not bring obvious income, and, accordingly, it is considered by some economists and practitioners as «dependent sphere». The author conducted a study on this topic and attempted to refute this opinion. This article shows the role and importance of culture in the economy and suggests taking it into account in the well-known production function, and considering its expenditures as investments from which a return is expected. This approach is based on the works of famous economists of the past and present. It fits into the behavioral principles of cross-scientific research, where a person is a key resource for the development of the economic sphere of any state, since the culture, traditions and values, religion and other humanitarian components existing in a particular country at a particular time are reflected in economic growth.
INNOVATION ECONOMY
The article discusses the innovations proposed in the sphere of legislation in the investment area of the Republic of Belarus, aimed at creating and updating the conditions for the implementation of large-scale investment projects within the framework of investment agreements. The following amendments are proposed: change the concept of «improved products» to «innovative products»; make changes to investment legislation when defining new priority areas of science and technology in accordance with Resolution No. 417 and the KF S&T P. Proposals are made to ensure high-tech production of innovative products during the implementation of special investment agreements. Criteria for assessing the technologies when concluding contracts have been developed in terms of their compliance with the current level and requirements for ensuring technological sovereignty. A comparative analysis of the existing legislation with the proposed changes and additions was conducted.

The article explores the role of social innovations in the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It examines the key aspects of the impact of social innovations on achieving the SDGs in China, analyzes their significance for Belarus, and emphasizes the importance of adapting Chinese experience to the Belarusian context. The paper proposes approaches to implementing social innovations in Belarus, taking into account China's successful practices, thereby opening new prospects for the development of a sustainable social and economic environment.

HERITAGE
There are studied the origin, diffusion and regional features of the patterned silk fabrics technology, underlining their historical elitism, as well as the originality of woven ornaments in the territory of modern Belarus, which have combined the Eastern and Western traditions. Suggestions are made to revive the ancient fabric patterns for decorating museums, interiors, making clothes and for other purposes.
DISSERTATION RESEARCH
The article examines the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies for the diagnosis of breast cancer. A qualitative and economic assessment of the use of the «Faust View» software and hardware complex based on AI algorithms was conducted. The study found that the conclusions formulated using this system are comparable in accuracy to the results obtained by radiologists. This indicates the potential for its implementation in clinical practice to reduce the workload on medical personnel. The economic efficiency of this approach was demonstrated, showing that it could be a cost-effective solution for improving healthcare outcomes and managing resources more effectively
