On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Belarusian academic science, the author considers the stages of its development, achievements of the leading scientific teams of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

The article examines the first years of the Institute of Belarusian Culture (1922–1928) from 1922 to the end of 1924. It is found out what difficulties the Inbelcult had to overcome; what its potential was based on; what tendencies led to the transformation of the Institute into a political project of the BSSR power elites.

The author gives a comprehensive analysis of the integration processes in the EAEU, indicating the key role of the Strategic Guidelines for the Eurasian economic integration development to 2025. A need for move to the project cooperation and active joint investment and innovation activities of the Union states has been underlined.

The article analyzes the current state of the economies of the EAEU member countries and proposes a new innovative development scenario until 2030. The results of the implementation of the proposed scenario are predicted using a built hybrid model of economic growth.
