The First Deputy Minister of Forestry Alexander Dragun talks about the goals and results of the State Program "Belarusian Forest" for 2021–2025 implementation.
The article considers the features of the forest seed base organization in Belarus. The gene pool of forest-forming species in forest stands of various protection categories has been analyzed, and the main aspects of conservation of forest genetic resources shown.
The article considers the dynamics of pine stands dieback on the territory of Belarus and methods of the monitoring, prevention and control of this pathological process. The author shows the promising ways of minimizing the pine stands decline and reforestation of these areas under climate change.
The authors consider the opportunity to use the modern geoinformation systems and technologies in specially protected natural areas of Belarus by the example of the state nature conservation institution "National Park" Narochansky".

During the analysis of the key legal act regulating distribution channels abroad, namely Resolution №183, it was revealed that the specified indicators need to be adjusted and clarified, since do not fully take into account generally accepted methodological approaches to assessing effectiveness and are focused more on quantitative rather than qualitative aspects. Also, given the active participation of the state in the regulation of foreign entities of enterprises’ distribution network, it is important to analyze state regulation influence on exporters’ foreign trade activities. This necessitates the development of a methodological approach that would allow for a comprehensive analysis of the channels for selling products to foreign markets in order to determine an effective export strategy by business entities.

As part of the implementation of the state policy in the field of innovation, the system of intellectual property management in the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus is described. It allowed subordinate organizations to become one of the leaders in our country in terms of creating inventions, utility models, plant varieties and know-how, as well as licensing industrial property in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation. The main directions for further improvement of work in the field of intellectual property in the Academy of Sciences are determined.

The review presents the basic information about the method of imaging flow cytometry and the main differences from traditional flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy. The principles of the method, the design of instruments, the process of data collection and analysis are described in detail. The fields of application of the method and its possibilities in the analysis of cells, microorganisms and microparticles are described.
The article presents the results of research to study the course of experimental peritonitis in rats under administration of non-selective NO-synthase inhibitor, Nώ-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME). It has been shown that administration of L-NAME results in increase in the severity of in-toxication, reaction of leukocytes of blood and peritoneal exudate with inhibi-tion of phagocytic activity of neutrophils, enhance of oxidative stress, damage to the endothelium of blood vessels and peritoneum.
