Thrust elements of space-range plasma engines based on miniature magnetoplasma compressors
Abstract
The Plasma Accelerators Physics Laboratory at the A.V. Luikov Heat and Mass Transfer Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus has developed unique quasi-stationary high-current plasma accelerators, giving way to fundamentally new possibilities for creating thrust elements for thrust-vectoring propulsion systems for small spacecraft and stratospheric aircraft.
