Labor productivity convergence as the foundation for integration in the EAEU

Abstract
The аrticle provides an analysis of labor productivity in the Eurasian economic union member countries with the factors influencing it. The authors propose measures for improving the labor productivity at both the EAEU and national levels . The impact of investment in fixed capital, skills, and labor force motivation is examined.
