Innovations in regulating the economies of the Union State: preventing crises

Abstract
The article presents the results of the second stage of development and testing of the methodology for creating a list of leading indicators of economic crises, allowing for monitoring and timely taking anti-crisis stabilizing measures based on the main parameters of the middle stratum of the population. The object of the study was the countries of the Union State (US), the research period: pre-crisis periods of the current stage of the functioning of the US under Western sanctions (2017–2023). The ultimate goal of this study is to develop a methodology for digitizing monitoring of pre-crisis states of the economies of the Commonwealth of Union States in automatic mode according to the parameters of the dynamics of the middle class and the labor market. The quarterly dynamics of average wages, average per capita income, gross domestic product, and annual structural changes in the total expenses of the average social group of the population were studied
