Traceability of products from farm to counter is a path to the consumer safety
Abstract
The article describes the "from farm to counter" technology of electronic traceability and safety of food, developed on the basis of information systems, resources and services of GIS AITS, ePASS and VET.EPASS, using international standards for identification and electronic data interchange.
