Intellectual property management system at the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus

Abstract
As part of the implementation of state policy in the field of intellectual property, aimed at increasing the competitiveness of products of domestic enterprises and the national economy as a whole, a system of intellectual property management in the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus has been developed and described. It allowed subordinate universities and scientific organizations to become one of the leaders in Belarus in terms of creating inventions, can be recommended for other government authorities.
