Представлен сравнительный анализ характеристик некоторых ИИ-моделей, отражающий отраслевую специализацию и доказанную практическую эффективность в НИОКР. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The authors analyzed the factors that have a primary impact on the AI in the R&amp;D landscape in order to reduce the research period, increase their productivity, lower costs and create a competitive product.
