Исследованы образцы тканей опухолей у пациентов с морфологически верифицированным раком печени и раком толстого кишечника. Контролем выступали ткани данных органов, не пораженные опухолью, и аналогичные прижизненные биоптаты (нативная ткань) неонкологических больных. Оценка концентрации антител к PARP и определение ДНК/РНК вирусов (VEB, HBV, HCV, HPV, CMV, HSV1/2, HHV6) в указанных образцах проведены методами иммуноферментного анализа и полимеразной цепной реакции. Результаты исследований показали, что концентрация антител к PARP в экстрактах ткани при опухолевых процессах выше, чем в нативных образцах (p&lt;0,05) и в ткани с отсутствием критериев злокачественности (p&lt;0,05). Зависимость между частотой выделения из тканей опухолей ДНК-содержащих вирусов (HHV6, CMV, VEB) и концентрацией антител к PARP (p&lt;0,05) позволяет утверждать о стимулировании повреждения ДНК клеток под действием вирусов при онкогенезе печени и толстого кишечника.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The biological marker of parthanatosis is Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP), the activation of which is associated with various pathological processes in the body. Tumor tissue samples from patients with morphologically verified liver and colon cancer were studied. The control consisted of liver and intestinal tissues of the same patients not affected by a tumor, and intravital biopsies (native tissue) of the liver and intestines of non-cancer patients. Determination of the concentration of antibodies to PARP and determination of DNA/RNA viruses (VEB, HBV, HCV, HPV, CMV, HSV1/2, HHV6) in tissue samples was carried out by enzyme immunoassay and polymerase chain reaction method. The research results showed that the concentration of antibodies to PARP in tissue extracts from tumor processes is higher than in native tissue samples (p&lt;0.05) and in tissue with «no criteria for malignancy» (p&lt;0,05). The relationship between the frequency of isolation of DNA-containing viruses (HHV6, CMV, VEB) from tumor tissues and the concentration of PARP antibodies (p&lt;0,05) suggests that DNA damage to cells is stimulated by viruses during oncogenesis of the liver and colon.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>партанатоз</kwd><kwd>вирусы</kwd><kwd>рак печени</kwd><kwd>рак толстого кишечника</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>parthanatosis</kwd><kwd>viruses</kwd><kwd>liver and colon cancer</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">The molecular machinery of regulated cell death / D.
