<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Cellular therapy develops rapidly throughout the world. The list of diseases of various etiologies that are treated with biomedical cellular products is constantly growing. The Center for Immunology and Allergology was opened in the The Institute of Biophysics and Cell Engineering of National Academy of Science of Belarus in 2021. Since that the developing of new biomedical cell products for the correction of immunopathological conditions was started in collaboration with the Belarusian State Medical University. The technologies for producing of biomedical cellular products based on cytokine induced killer cells for the treatment of oncological diseases of the urogenital area, tolerogenic dendritic cells for the treatment of type 1 diabetes, and regulatory T lymphocytes for the treatment of sclerosis were developed.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>клеточная терапия</kwd><kwd>биомедицинский клеточный продукт</kwd><kwd>иммунотерапия</kwd><kwd>цитокин- индуцированные киллерные клетки</kwd><kwd>Т-регуляторные клетки</kwd><kwd>толерогенные дендритные клетки</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>cell therapy</kwd><kwd>biomedical cell product</kwd><kwd>immutherapy</kwd><kwd>cytokine‑induced killer cells</kwd><kwd>t‑regulatory cells</kwd><kwd>tolerogenic dendritic cells</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">О здравоохранении: Закон Респ.
