В ходе исследования изучена роль и значение инноваций, обобщены имеющиеся наработки в этой области и дана современная научная интерпретация как самой дефиниции «инновации», так и актуальности непрерывного внедрения в АПК новейших достижений науки. Показано, что рассмотрение проблематики инноваций в контексте системы управления дает возможность более предметно оценить эффективность инновационной деятельности (от идеи до продукта), определить возникающие проблемы и найти их целесообразное решение, подобрать средства и методы управления для достижения целевого результата. Сделан вывод, что в перспективе именно продуктовая кооперация и интеграция на основе кластерной организации станет основным направлением устойчивости сельского хозяйства, перевода его на инновационно-инвестиционную модель, которая обеспечит отрасли опережающий рост и самофинансирование.
This research examines the role and importance of innovation, summarizes existing developments in this area and provides a modern scientific interpretation of both the definition of «innovation» and the pressing need for the continuous implementation of the latest scientific advances in the Agro-Industrial Complex. It's shown that examining innovation within the context of a management system allows for a more focused assessment of the effectiveness of innovation activities (from concept to product), identifying challenges and finding appropriate solutions, as well as selecting management tools and methods to achieve the desired outcome. It's concluded that, in the future, product cooperation and integration based on cluster organization will become the primary focus of agricultural sustainability, transitioning it to an innovation-investment model that will ensure the industry's accelerated growth and self-sufficiency
